FALLBROOK, Calif. (KGTV) - A man feared missing from North San Diego County during the Lilac Fire was reunited with his wife Friday, neighbors said.
The man was evacuated with the rest of the Rancho Monserate Country Club community Thursday.
Firefighters returned to the burned area Friday to check the ashes of homes for hot spots.

Jan Carver, an evacuee, said most of the community is elderly.
Neighbors took care of the man who was reported missing Thursday and called deputies to reunite him with his wife.
