San Diego County health officials reported a total of 8,837 positive coronavirus cases Wednesday.

Officials also reported a total of 305 deaths throughout the San Diego region.

San Diego County health officials reported a total of 8,619 total coronavirus cases Monday, an increase of 143.

County health officials also reported a total of 296 deaths, with no new deaths since Sunday.

San Diego County health officials reported a total of 8,476 positive coronavirus cases Sunday, an increase of 131 cases from Saturday.

San Diego County health officials reported a total of 6,983 total positive coronavirus cases Wednesday, an increase of 101 cases since Tuesday.

The county also reported six new deaths, bringing the total number of deaths to 255.

San Diego County health officials Tuesday reported a total of 6,882 coronavirus cases throughout the region, an increase of 85 cases.

No new deaths were reported Tuesday and the total number of fatalities remains at 249.

San Diego County health officials reported a total of 6,797 positive coronavirus cases on Sunday. Out of 3,700 tests reported in the last day, 96 were positive for COVID-19 (3% positive rate).

Officials also reported no new deaths for the second straight day, keeping the county's death toll at 249.

San Diego County health officials reported a total of 6,701 positive coronavirus cases on Sunday. Out of 4,548 tests reported in the last day, 142 were positive for COVID-19 (3% positive rate).

San Diego County leaders reported an additional 139 positive coronavirus cases Monday for a total of 5,065.

No new deaths have been reported and the total number of deaths stands at 175.

Testing:

  • Of 3,443 tests reported to the County yesterday, 4% were positive new cases.
  • The 14-day rolling average percentage of positive tests, shown in the first attached chart, is 5.5%.

Cases:

  • San Diego County resident total cases are now at 4,926, an increase from yesterday of 150.
  • 955 or 19.4% of cases have required hospitalization.
  • 297 or 6.0% of all cases had to be placed in intensive care.

Deaths:

  • No additional local deaths due to COVID-19 have been reported. The regional total remains at 175.

The county added that 59,878 tests have been conducted and reported in the county, and an estimated 2,129 cases have recovered.

San Diego County health officials reported an increase of 131 new coronavirus cases throughout the county Saturday, bringing the county total to 3,842 cases.

Health officials also reported five new deaths, bringing total deaths to 138. Officials said that one death reported Friday was later determined to be of a non-resident and removed from the local total.

So far, 3,711 people in San Diego County have tested positive for the virus.

Authorities also reported 10 new deaths, bringing total deaths to 134.
