San Diego police ask for public's help to find person who killed man in Balboa Park

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Homicide Unit want the public’s assistance to find the person who killed Gregory Huser.

10News first told you about the crime in Balboa Park on Dec. 12, 2016.

Officers found the body of 67-year-old Huser in a grassy area west of Park Blvd. near Zoo Place.

Investigators believe Huser, who suffered head trauma, may have been sleeping when he was attacked.

Police want anyone who was in the area in the early morning hours of December 12 to call the the SDPD Homicide unit at (619) 531-2293 or the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at (888) 580-8477.  Anonymous email and text messages can be sent in via www.sdcrimestoppers.org.
