Police find at-risk man who disappeared from Pacific Beach home

Update: Mr. Barragan was found safe Tuesday evening.

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — San Diego Police are searching for a man who disappeared from his Pacific Beach home Monday.

Federico Barragan, 78, was last seen at about 12 p.m. Monday. Police said they believe he left his home on foot and hasn't been seen since.

Barragan takes medications his family says he didn't take with him.

He's described as a Hispanic male, standing about 5-feet 3-inches tall, weighing 165 pounds, with brown eyes, and with thinning grey and black hair.

He may be wearing a black shirt or white tank top, black pants, white sneakers with white trim, and yellow-tinted sunglasses.
