IMPERIAL BEACH, Calif. (KGTV)--A young mother walking with her children in a stroller says a driver pulled alongside her family and exposed himself Monday.
Marissa said the incident happened at 9 a.m. Monday on 11th street as she was walking with her sister and her 4-year-old and 2-year-old daughters.
A silver Volkswagen made a U-turn and stopped next to the women, according to Marissa. She said the passenger window was open and a dark-haired man stared at her.
Marissa said she waited for the man to say something, then she realized he wasn't wearing pants. Moments later, the man drove away.
