MISSION VALLEY, Calif. (KGTV) - The southbound State Route 163 connector ramp onto eastbound Interstate 8 will be closed Saturday morning due to construction.
Cal Trans said the closure would last from 3 a.m. to 8 a.m., due to repairs needed for a recently damaged guardrail.
Message signs will be in place in advance of the closure to alter motorists.
