SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (KGTV) - A 9-year-old student shot during a murder-suicide at a San Bernardino school Monday has been released from the hospital.
Nolan Brady was hospitalized following the shooting at North Park elementary school that left a classmate and their teacher dead. He was released from the hospital Friday and will continue his recovery at home, according to ABC-affiliate KABC.

Brady was struck by gunfire when the estranged husband of his special education teacher, 53-year-old Karen Elaine Smith, entered the classroom and opened fire, killing her.
Jonathan Martinez, 8, was also struck by gunfire while near Brady and Smith. Martinez was transported to a nearby hospital where he died from his injuries.

Smith's husband, 53-year-old Cedric Anderson, turned the gun on himself afterward and died at the scene. Police said Anderson had a past criminal history involving domestic violence and weapons charges.
