SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A woman who has accused comedian Bill Cosby of sexual assault was arrested on suspicion of trying to bring drugs and alcohol into a local jail.
San Diego County sheriff's officials confirmed Chloe Goins was taken into custody Sunday on charges of possession of a controlled substance in prison and bringing alcohol or drugs into a prison -- both felony counts.
TMZ reported Goins was spotted by law enforcement officers "sitting in her car just before midnight in the parking lot of the George F. Bailey Detention Facility" and she was "found with a substance suspected to be heroin …"
Goins was arrested and booked into Las Colinas Detention Facility. Goins is being held on a $25,000 bond, and she is scheduled to be arraigned in a Chula Vista courtroom Wednesday.
The 27-year-old model is one of dozens of women who have accused Cosby of sexual assault. Goins filed a lawsuit in 2016 accusing the comedian of drugging her during a party at the Playboy Mansion in 2008 when she was 18 years old.
Goins alleged Cosby assaulted her after she had blacked out.
