ENCINITAS -- An overturned vehicle caused a major injury crash on Interstate 5 just north of Santa Fe Drive Sunday morning at about 7:30 a.m.
A large amount of fog was reported at the time a vehicle fell 50 feet into a ditch and at least one person was trapped, according to the California Highway Patrol traffic communication page.
