RIVERSIDE, Calif. (KGTV)--Two people survived a plane crash near Interstate 10 in the Riverside County city of Banning Friday.
The small plane crashed into a tree at John Street and Hargrave Street at 11:45 a.m. Cal Fire and Riverside County Firefighters closed part of the roads to traffic.
The two people on board suffered moderate injuries and were taken to the hospital.
