HILLCREST -- A man hanging off a bridge in Hillcrest was arrested after he taunted police and officers used a stun gun to subdue him.
The incident happened on Washington Street at 6th Avenue on an overpass over Highway 163.
Washington Street was shut down for about an hour late Tuesday night while police tried to coax the man, who was acting aggressive, down from a railing. Ultimately, they used a stun gun on the man and took him in to custody.
It is unclear at this point whether the man was suicidal or had some other motive or reason for his actions.
