SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diegans will trade their cars for bicycles on Thursday, the region's Bike to Work Day.
The annual event is sponsored by the San Diego Association of Governments to encourage alternative methods of commuting.
Riders can stop at any one of 100 Bike to Work Day pit stops around the county for snacks and encouragement. Some pit stops will have complimentary bike maintenance checks and a bike valet.
