SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — The City of San Diego wants you!

It reads like an Uncle Sam poster, but it's true. The city is looking for seasonal poll workers to help the Registrar of Voters during November's mid-term elections.

More than 100 temporary full-time positions are open covering a variety of positions. Some require data entry and computer skills, while others need someone who can endure heavy lifting and has warehouse experience.

Call center positions are also being offered, with some openings requiring bilingual skills. All work experience levels are excepted.

While some jobs begin in a couple weeks, most start in October. Positions pay $14.25 an hour and overtime after working 40 hours is available.

The Registrar will hold a hiring fair from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, at its office at 5600 Overland Ave. For more information, visit the Registrar online here.
