San Diego police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing elderly man who has a medical condition.
Kenneth Charles Jenkins, 72, was last seen walking from his Mid City home on Wednesday evening, according to police.
Police said Jenkins suffers from an undisclosed medical condition and needs medication.
Jenkins is described as white, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 197 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen with his cane wearing a brown jacket, blue shirt and blue jeans.
