SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A warehouse set up to provide resources for victims of the Jan. 22 flood has been overwhelmed by the requests for help from the community.
Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster is allocating more manpower to the warehouse to address the community's needs.
They've set up an online form where people can apply for assistance here.
