UPDATE: Espinoza German has been located.
SAN DIEGO (KGTV)--A 40-year-old man diagnosed with a cognitive disability is missing from the South Bay Monday, San Diego Police said.
Marlon Espinoza German was last seen leaving his home in the South Bay area of San Diego around 7:45 a.m.
Espinoza German is described as Hispanic, 5-feet-9-inches tall, 225 pounds with red hair and brown eyes.
When he left his home he was wearing a white Atlanta Braves baseball cap, a blue jacket and grey pants.
He may be utilizing Metropolitan Transportation System to get around.
