Man wanted on suspicion of selling drugs to Carmel Valley students

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego County Crime Stoppers announced Wednesday a reward to find a man suspected of using children to sell drugs at a Carmel Valley school.

William "John" Sipperley, 50, has an outstanding felony warrant for his arrest.

Investigators believe Sipperley may have left the San Diego area and may be hiding in Oregon, Hawaii or the Las Vegas area.

Sipperley is white, 5'9", 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He may be driving a white 2007 Honda with a California license plate 7PES884.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to Sipperley's arrest. Anonymous text and email messages can be sent to the Crime Stoppers website.
