SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - The South Park community is rallying around Rebecca's Coffee House, a local business that has been in the neighborhood 25 years.
Due to rising rent, supporters have started a GoFundMe so the owner can try and open shop in a new location.
The landlord's realtor tells 10News the rent increase was still well below market rate and that the increase was necessary due to rising costs of their own.
