SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A boy who went missing from Pacific Beach Wednesday night has been found safe, San Diego Police say.
The department tweeted just before 6 p.m. that 10-year-old Richard had been found safe. "Update: He has been safely reunited with his parents," the department said.
According to police, the boy went missing from the area of Cass Street and Missouri Street. Police sent out the tweet around 4 p.m.
