SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A 47-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting a woman and threatening to use a Taser on her was arrested Saturday.
Police say Phillip Terrell McLeod, 47, was arrested around 4:30 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Euclid Avenue.
According to police, McLeod drove alongside a 27-year-old woman on the 3900 block of Delta Street Thursday morning.

McLeod then reportedly got out of the truck, threatening to use a Taser on the woman if she didn’t comply.
Police say he then forced the woman into his truck and drove to an area near 39th Street and Broadway where he sexually assaulted her.
McLeod then drove to an area near 32nd Street and National Avenue and let the woman go after she pleaded with him.
McLeod was booked into jail on charges including kidnapping, sexual assault and resisting arrest. McLeod’s arraignment is scheduled January 3.
