If you're ever caught in a rip current, here's what to do

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — A strong South Swell brought high surf and dangerous rip currents to our San Diego beaches.

However, rip currents can pose a danger to even the most experienced swimmers. So what do you do if you're ever caught in one?
