SPRING VALLEY, Calif. (KGTV) -- A San Diego County Sheriff’s deputy was injured Monday following a crash in Spring Valley.
According to the department, the crash happened near the intersection of Bancroft Drive and Kenwood Drive at 8:23 a.m.
The deputy was responding with his lights on to reports of a stolen vehicle when he was involved in a single-vehicle crash.
The deputy was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries, the department said.
