EL CAJON, Calif. – Two drivers got in a brawl on a freeway ramp after a minor collision in El Cajon early Thursday morning.
According to El Cajon police, the incident began when the two vehicles collided at around 12:30 a.m. at the intersection of Madison and East Magnolia avenues.
One car chased the other onto the ramp to northbound State Route-67. Both vehicles pulled over on the shoulder and the male drivers got out and began to argue. California Highway Patrol officers arrived on scene to find the men had gotten in a physical fight and were bleeding.
Paramedics responded and treated the two men on scene. One of them was arrested on charges of driving under the influence. There was one female passenger in each car, but neither woman was hurt.
No names were released.
