SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A driver accused of crashing his car into at least 14 parked vehicles on Pacific Beach streets Tuesday morning was arrested.

San Diego police said the driver was traveling on Diamond Street when he struck two parked vehicles at around 4 a.m.

The driver then turned onto Lamont Street, where police said he hit two more cars and then kept driving.

After making his way onto Missouri Street, police said he proceeded to hit at least 10 vehicles and then headed north on Lamont Street.

A witness followed the driver and called 911 to report the incident. The driver was stopped by officers a short time later; his car was badly damaged on the front with at least two flat tires.

Police said the driver was arrested on suspicion of hit-and-run and will be evaluated for possible DUI.
