COVID-19 vaccination site opens in Imperial Beach

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) – San Diego County health officials are opening a new COVID-19 vaccination site in the South Bay on Friday.

County officials said vaccines will be administered in Imperial Beach, on 825 Imperial Beach Blvd.

The location will be open from 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 15; Saturday, Jan. 16; and Tuesday, Jan. 19.

COVID-19 vaccines will be available for health care workers who have made an appointment through the California Department of Public Health’s CalVax website, CalVax.org.
