LAS VEGAS, Nev. (KGTV) - On Tuesday night, a candlelight vigil was held for the 21 year-old Las Vegas security guard who died while helping concertgoers get to safety.
Erick Silva was positioned at the front of the Route 91 Harvest Festival stage. He was among the first of the event’s first responders.
At the vigil, his mother wept. “I can’t believe it,” she said. She said she is still expecting him to walk into the room and say her name.
