SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Border Patrol is searching for the people on board a Panga boat that washed ashore near Sunset Cliffs.
A neighbor says they heard a dog barking around 3 a.m. Monday morning then saw the boat while on a morning walk.
The boat has “Ensenada. B.C.” painted on the bow. Investigators also found eight life jackets and some clothes.

Border Patrol agents say they aren’t sure who was on board the vessel at this time.
