An autistic teenager who was reported missing early Thursday morning was found safe, according to San Diego police.
Devon Finks, 17, was last seen at Hoover High School in the 4400 block of El Cajon Boulevard about 7:15 a.m., police said.
Police were concerned with teen's welfare as he was described as a non-verbal youth with the mental development of a 10- to 12-year-old.
Shortly after 7:30 p.m., police confirmed that Devon was found safe. They did not say where he was located.
