MIAMI, Fla. (KGTV) -- Geneva Ayala, the woman who says her former boyfriend XXXTentacion, beat her is asking for the public’s help with her medical bills.
Ayala posted on fundraising website GoFundMe and, as of Wednesday afternoon, has raised more than $34,000 of her $25,000 goal.
The page was started in October of 2016, but has seen a massive boost since the death of XXXTentacion on Monday.

The rapper was shot and killed in Miami while reportedly shopping for motorcycles.
TMZ reported after the shooting that the rapper was awaiting trial for domestic violence against his pregnant girlfriend. The site also reported that prosecutors accused him of witness tampering in the case.
After the shooting, the rapper was taken to the hospital where he later died, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office.

XXXTentacion also has a history in San Diego. While the rapper was performing at the Observatory North Park in 2017, someone reportedly ran on stage and punched him.
The incident caused a fight at the venue in which a 19-year-old was stabbed.
