SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - One person was struck by a vehicle on Interstate 8 late Friday.
The crash on westbound I-8 near El Cajon Boulevard in La Mesa occurred just before 5 p.m. California Highway Patrol officers are not sure if the woman was trying to cross the highway or was thrown from a vehicle.
