FRESNO, Calif. (KGTV) -- Fresno Police Thursday arrested a man seen in video jumping on top of a police vehicle, causing thousands in damage.
The incident began when an officer saw the man on top of a police SUV at M Street and Mariposa downtown.
The man stomped on emergency lights, smashed windows and jumped up and down. Eventually, officers rushed the man, taking him into custody.
Video of the encounter shows the moments police arrested the suspect.
