(KGTV) - More than $10,000 in toys is heading to the homes of dozens of New Jersey families, thanks to a little help from a "Secret Santa."
The mystery Santa, identified as "Charlie K." was doing some shopping at the Toys "R" Us location in Cherry Hill, N.J., and decided to cover more than just his own tab, according to NJ.com.

A company spokesperson told NJ.com the generous shoppers paid off more than 62 layaway orders totaling $10,780. He also bought an additional $2,000 worth of items to donate to Toys for Tots, according to the spokesperson.
Charlie told CBS Philadelphia he was inspired to do something for his community.

"I’m trying to bring some happiness to people, to the community that brought happiness to me and my family," Charlie said. "I love this community and I am trying to provide back to it."
Charlie, whose full name was withheld, said this was the first time he's ever done anything like this.
