EL CAJON, Calif. – Friends and family and police continued their efforts to find a 20-year-old El Cajon man who went missing last month.
Elijah "Bear" Diaz was last seen at his home on Aug. 29 in the 700 block of Joey Avenue. Diaz is diabetic and has a serious foot injury that requires him to use crutches.
Volunteers Tuesday were conducting a door-to-door search beginning at his home and extending into the surrounding neighborhood.
He is described as about 5-feet-10 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
