SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Police are asking the public for help locating a missing, at-risk woman who disappeared from her mother's home early Saturday.

Presencia Morales, 36, was last seen sleeping at a home in the 4200 block of 48th Street, according to San Diego Police. Morales' mother told police when she woke up Saturday morning, her daughter was no longer there.

Morales is diagnosed with Autism and has only lived in the area for about a week, police said. She also left her cell phone at her mother's home.

Police said Morales likes to ride the bus, though she does not know her way around the area.

Morales is described as a Hispanic woman, 5-foot-4, and weighing 250 pounds. She has brown eyes, black hair, and was last seen wearing gray shorts and a gray shirt.

Anyone with information is asked to call SDPD at 619-531-2000.
