VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) - The San Diego community is continuing to search for a missing woman who disappeared a week ago.
Maria Elena Guzman-Cordova, 38, was last seen leaving the 1600 block of North Santa Fe Avenue around 9 p.m. on Oct. 13, according to San Diego Sheriff's Department (SDSO). Guzman-Cordova did not bring her wallet or cell phone when she left, SDSO said.

Guzman-Cordova's family said she suffers from depression and did not have her medication with her when she disappeared. Deputies have searched surrounding neighborhoods and local hospital but have yet to locate her.
Speaking with 10News, Guzman-Cordova's family said they don't suspect her disappearance to be a "kidnapping case or anything crime related, but we don’t know."
Guzman-Cordova is described as a Hispanic woman, 5-feet tall, weighing 110 pounds, and was last seen wearing black leggings and a black shirt.
