UPDATE: San Diego Police reported just before 2:30 p.m. Saturday that they have located 84-year-old Patricia Nagem.
She was found in the area of 1900 Robinson Avenue.
SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego Police are asking the public for help locating a missing, at-risk woman who wandered off from her home Thursday.
Patricia Nagem, 84, was last seen Friday at about 6 p.m. by her daughter at her Morena-area home in the 5900 block of Lauretta Street.
Nagem may have been spotted at about 6 a.m. Saturday in the same area of her home but has yet to be found. Police said it's unusual for her to walk away and she has no means of transportation.
Nagem is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds, and was last seen wearing a blue-colored long sleeve shirt and black pants.
Anyone who sees Nagem is asked to call San Diego Police at 619-531-2000.
