CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) -- A 21-year-old who went missing early Sunday morning has been found.
Police say 21-year-old Ashley Hogan went missing at midnight. According to authorities, Hogan has the mental capacity of a 9-year-old.
At this time, it's unknown where Hogan was located.
