SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Both sides of State Route 15 were closed at Main Street due to police activity Friday.
California Highway Patrol said a the incident was reported in the Barrio Logan neighborhood. CHP and San Diego Police officers were on the scene, which lasted for nearly two hours.
As of 1 p.m., authorities had brought an end to the incident. All lanes were reopened just before 1:45 p.m.
