OCEANSIDE, Calif. (KGTV) -- Heavy delays are expected for Comic-Con commuters aboard the Pacific Surfliner after a pedestrian was struck and killed.
According to authorities, the incident happened near the Oceanside Harbor around 10:30.
Pacific Surfliner tweeted out that the train that struck the pedestrian, train number 769, is expected to be busy Sunday do to Comic-Con.
The trains are in the process of resuming service, but heavy delays are still expected throughout the day due to the incident.
