SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego Police released Monday the identity of a young man shot and killed in San Carlos.
23-year-old Cyniace Vilsaint was shot several times Friday night while standing outside his home on the 6600 block of Park Ridge Blvd., said police.
A family member drove Vilsaint to Kaiser Zion Hospital, where he died.
