SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A man lying on top of a Logan Heights garage prompted a standoff with police Friday.
Police could be seen waiting near the garage in the 2900 block of Clay Avenue where a 19-year-old man lay motionless. It wasn't immediately clear what prompted him to climb onto the garage.
Police said the man was in possession of a knife while on top of the garage. The man is talking with officers, police said.
Crisis negotiators were on scene.
No injuries were immediately reported.
