SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A woman became trapped in her car after police say she mistakenly accelerated, slamming into the side of a Valencia Park home.
According to police, the crash happened near the intersection of Las Flores Terrace and Churchward Street around 1:30 p.m.
Police say the woman was in the car with her grandchild when she accidentally hit the gas, crashing into the house.
Pictures from the scene show a large hole in the side of the house with a Ford vehicle lodged in the structure.
No one was injured, police say.
