SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- San Diego Police arrested the suspect accused of seriously injuring a woman in a hit-and-run crash on February 13.
According to police, the 25-year-old woman was watching an illegal street drifting contest near Carrol Canyon Road and Scranton Road when she was hit by one of the vehicles. The driver left the scene before police arrived.
The suspect, Liam Patrick O’Connor was arrested on February 21 at his home on the 7000 block of Whipple Avenue.
He was booked into jail for felony hit and run as well as reckless driving.
