CHULA VISTA, Calif. (CNS) - California Highway Patrol officers were investigating a fatality Sunday on F Street, authorities said.
The incident happened at 2:23 p.m. at 799 F Street near Bay Boulevard and Interstate 5, according to a CHP incident log.
