SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — The final night of the GI Film Festival in San Diego wasn't just for humans.
Service dogs were welcomed to Balboa Park to celebrate the closing show on Friday night.
The festival's theme was narratives for, by and about the military.
Some of the films were created by veterans themselves, and others shared their personal stories.
Service dogs joined the viewing, accompanying their veteran owners to the show.
