SAN DIEGO (CNS) -- A 65-year-old man diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and dementia was reported missing from an independent living facility in San Diego.
D'Andre Mosley was last seen at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday at the facility at 6690 Margarita Road, San Diego police said.
Mosley is able bodied but does not have access to transportation, does not have any transit passes and does not have a cellphone, police said.
Mosley is described as black, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds with white/gray hair and brown eyes. He was believed to be wearing a blue crew neck sweatshirt and light brown jeans, police said.
Anyone with information on Mosley's whereabouts was asked to call police at 619-531-2000.
