San Diego Police searching for at-risk 77-year-old woman

UPDATE (May 28, 8:50 a.m.): San Diego police say Frances Wilson has been found safe. No other details were released.


SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- San Diego Police are searching for an at-risk 77-year-old woman who went missing from a motel Wednesday.

According to police, Frances Wilson was last seen at the Easy 8 Motel on the 4700 block of Pacific Highway at an undisclosed time.

Police say she was driving a gold 2005 Nissan Altima with Virginia license plate UNR5128. Her driver's license is expired and she is believed to be in the beginning stages of dementia, according to police.

Wilson is described as a 77-year-old Native American woman who is five foot, three inches tall with brown hair often worn in a wrap, brown eyes, and wearing glasses. She was last seen wearing a pink short and pink pants.
