SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Police are searching for the driver who struck a pedestrian with his vehicle before driving away in Hillcrest early Sunday morning.
According to police, a 30-year-old man was crossing the street on the 1300 block of University when he was hit.
Following the crash, the sedan fled the scene. The victim was taken to the hospital with a skull fracture and brain bleed.
