SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A man was arrested Tuesday night after reportedly pointing a rifle-shaped bong at officers in downtown San Diego, according to police.
The incident happened on the 500 block of Park Boulevard at The Palms before 7 p.m.
According to police, a passerby saw what looked like a gun poke between the blinds toward officers from the third floor.
Police stopped the trolley and restricted traffic in the area. After entering the apartment, officers found a replica rifle used to smoke marijuana.
The man was arrested for pointing a replica gun at officers.
