SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — More than 1,600 residents woke up Wednesday without power in the North County.
The SDG&E outage was reported in the Del Mar, Solana Beach, Eden Gardens, and Lomas Santa Fe communities in the North County just after 7 a.m. About 1,662 customers were affected, according to the utility company's Outage Map.
By 4:45 p.m., all but 54 customers in Solana Beach had their power restored, with an estimated time of restoration at 9 p.m.
SDG&E crews were assessing the scene to determine the cause of the outage.
